I would like to commend Expel Exterminating for their excellent Pest Control, Termite and Wildlife services. Cooper Valley Village has used Expel for 6 years now. We have used them for routine pest control, termite renewals, termite treatments, and many emergent wild life issues. We have 192 condominiums, and we provide pest control services on an as needed basis, twice a month. We have called them numerous times with huge wasps nests, bee issues, squirrels and birds that were inside of units, and they always find a way to fit us in and come out when they say they will. There has not been an issue that they could not handle for us. Our residents are pleased with their services. The techs come out in Expel vehicles, which are kept in very nice shape, the techs are uniformed, and identify themselves each time they go to a unit. The techs stop by my office, so I know they are out, and we confirm the list of units that need services.
Expel has done pest control and wildlife removal at my personal property many times.
